Guardian Water Treatment and Hevasure have been shortlisted for the Collaborative Working Partnership category in the H&V News Awards 2019.
We have been certified partners of Hevasure since May 2017, a successful relationship that is helping to bring Hevasure’s innovative monitoring technology to existing and new Guardian customers. 24/7 real-time monitoring of a range of system parameters challenges the outmoded processes dominating water system management, facilitating corrosion prevention in closed circuit systems by identifying small issues before they become big ones.
Guardian is involved in all stages of water system management, from pre-commissioning cleaning to on-going system maintenance. Hevasure is a 24/7 real time monitoring and reporting technology that gives Guardian a clear picture of the state of the system and diagnostic information on the causes, so we they can deliver bespoke and fit-for-purpose solutions to their clients.
Hevasure’s system is the only monitoring solution of its type on the market. Measurements are taken every 15 minutes – of dissolved oxygen, pressure, conductivity, make-up water flow, PH and corrosion rates – providing a comprehensive picture on which to act.
Traditional sampling techniques only give a snap-shot of system conditions at the time of testing and can therefore be misleading. They also don’t effectively detect oxygen ingress, the primary cause of corrosion in closed heating systems.
Guardian is always striving to improve its services and saw the potential in Hevasure’s technology. Hevasure had the innovation, but needed a good route to market, which Guardian was able to provide.
The companies have proved to be a perfect partnership and are looking forward to the award ceremony, which is to be held on 25th April 2019 at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
If we win, it will be our second award together, having previously been included as part of Hevasure’s HVR Award for Ancillary Product of the year, in October 2018!
