Guardian provides duct and ventilation cleaning services in accordance with B&ES TR/19 – Internal Cleanliness of Ventilation Systems, the industry leading guidance to ensure ducts and ventilation, often in a dangerous kitchen environment, pose minimal fire risk, while keeping air clean and hygienic.
We can test your ductwork and implement the most effective type of cleaning, including how often ductwork cleaning should be carried out, depending on the individual building and environment. Guardian can advise from the design and installation phase and devise tailored maintenance schedules to ensure on-going compliance with B&ES TR/19 and associated Approved Code of Practice from the Health and Safety Commission.
If ductwork and ventilation is not properly cleaned and maintained, it could risk the health of employees, cause fires, ruin interiors, break prematurely, cause unnecessary replacements and leave your business open to fines. Where existing ducts have insufficient access to enable cleaning, we can install doors to facilitate regular inspection and maintenance.
