Guardian Water Treatment is committed to keeping staff, customers and people using the buildings we work in safe.
While the situation relating to COVID 19 is constantly evolving, this is our current position.
Many of Guardian Water Treatment’s services are critical, preventing legionella and other waterborne diseases, and ensuring air quality. They are underpinned by legislation. As we come into the summer months’ legionella treatment and prevention will become all the more important, particularly as with less people visiting your site, the chances of water stagnation will increase.
Access to your site is needed for these tasks. Our staff are experts, following strict protocols around hygiene.
The nature of our work means we are often in areas of a building not frequented by people – such as plant rooms and loft spaces – reducing the risk of cross contamination.
We are happy to work with you to arrange alternate access away from building occupants. Where we can’t gain access, we can provide over the phone water safety advice, which can be logged as part of compliance where necessary.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Safety and the prevention of spreading COVID 19 is of paramount importance. We have made sure all staff are practicing the recommended control measures in accordance with Government advice.
We will continue to review our working practices and controls and will provide further updates to our customers should the situation change.
