Contract Engineer – Water Hygiene/Treatment
We are looking for a Contract Engineer – Water Hygiene/Treatment, covering London and the South East.
Main duties are as follows:
- Liaising with on-site engineers/client staff
- Microbiological sampling of domestic water systems
- Microbiological sampling and on site chemistry testing of closed water systems
- Water temperature testing & monitoring
- Cleaning and Disinfection of Shower Heads and Hoses
- Servicing of Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV’s)
- Updating of site log books and completing Health & Safety forms
- Working to guidance ACOP L8, HSG 274 Parts 1, 2 and 3 and Safe Water in Healthcare Premises HTM 04-01

You must be an experienced Water Treatment Engineer with proven industry experience within the UK. Good knowledge of ACoP L8/HSG274 is required and a valid driving license will be required.
