Water Hygiene
Water is a natural resource that picks up undesirable gases and mineral impurities as it falls through the atmosphere. As it makes its journey through the soil and into streams and rivers it collects yet more impurities, manmade and natural. Water in its natural state is not perfect; nor is it perfectly suited for all the uses we demand of it.
Even after extensive conditioning in external treatment (pre-treatment) equipment, nearly all water supplies need some form of further treatment and monitoring to make them trouble-free and suited for industrial or commercial applications.
Water Treatment can be defined as ‘the processes and methods by which water is made fit for particular required tasks.’
