Cooling Towers

Guardian Water Treatment offer a full cooling tower refurbishment service offering site specific solutions to clients whose cooling towers are in need of attention. Our service offers a survey of the cooling system followed by the most cost effective solutions. It is not always necessary or cost effective to replace existing cooling towers with new or dry air coolers. Limits on load and space may clean it necessary for the existing cooling towers to be refurbished.

Guardian is in a position to carry out the following:

- Internal coating/refurbishment of cooling tower by user of epoxy resin and other lining systems.
- A range of drift eliminators to replace existing non functioning eliminators.
- In fill packs of all types from film packs, splash packs, splash bins, trickle packs.

The above are available in a number of materials; PVC, Polypropylene, HDPE and Stainless Steel.

Cooling Tower Monitoring
With the increasingly onerous legislation relating to cooling towers, Guardian Water Treatment is able to offer a fully comprehensive solution to our clients needs. All works are carried out in accordance with ACOP L8 and include a full on-site management log book.

Guardian's services include but are not restricted to the following:

- Weekly dipslide visits
- Monthly monitoring visits including TVC sampling
- L.P sampling and analysis
- Cooling tower clean and disinfection
- Consultancy work with environmental health officers
