Air Hygiene Survey

Air Hygiene Survey covering the Air Conditioning, ducted air supply and return air duct systems, as follows:-

Detailed inspection with regard to an hygienic air supply to each area. Further consideration will be given to the safety and efficiency of the plant.

A full inspection of the air supply and extract systems, including visual inspection of duct interiors, with fibre optic bore scope photography. We can also offer Video Camera surveys of the internal ductwork if required.

Dust monitoring before and after filtration by direct reading techniques to determine filter efficiency and air quality with regard to dust.

Analysis of microbiological and particle samples.
Surface analysis to indicate level of dust and dirt.
Bacterial and fungal analyses of interior duct surfaces.

Air analysis by SAS (Surface Air System) techniques. SAS aspirates air into a contact plate prefilled with the required culture medium. A laminar air flow is maintained at a fixed rate and exposure time to give consistent results.
