What is Guardians Legionella Log Book?
Legionella Log Book is part of Guardian's CARE, client communications software. It is designed exclusively by Guardians team of air and water- hygiene and water treatment professionals to make the role of a site manager easier.
This system enables our clients to view the works relating to their specific sites in real time. No more waiting weeks for paperwork to arrive, you can now view all relevant paperwork online. Quality assured work certificates, engineer's work sheets or any other relevant paperwork can be printed instantly from the system.
How does Guardians Legionella Log Book work?
Guardians Legionella Log Book is an internet based software product that is accessed by way of a username and password. Guardians engineers are supplied with both laptop computers and 3G wireless data communication cards enabling them to send information on completing their work. During a site visit, if a critical issue is discovered an email and text phone message is actioned with a direct link to Guardians CARE- Legionella Log Book website. This enables the client to be kept informed, in real-time, with any critical issues. If the issue is not responded to, the issue is escalated until the issue is resolved. The Legionella Log Book software has multiple levels of user control and both clients and their staff can be given various levels of access.

Any work required will have a quotation linked making the process seamless. Any relevant information will be attached and, if required, photographs provided detailing areas of non conformity. The system also allows us to keep an online log book negating the need for paperwork on site, which can be lost or mislaid.
