Online Reporting
What is it?
This system enables our clients to view the works relating to their specific sites in real time. No more waiting weeks for paperwork to arrive, you can now view all relevant paperwork online – certificates, engineer’s work sheets or any other relevant paperwork can be printed, instantly from the system.
How does it work?
The database is an internet based product that is accessed by a username and password. Our engineers are able to seamlessly update the database at the touch of a button on completion of their works. If critical issues are apparent to our engineers our clients are immediately alerted to avoid any delays in taking essential action.
A recommendation for any work required is linked to the alert, making the process seamless. Any other relevant information will be attached and, if required, photographs provided detailing areas of non-conformity. The system also provides the option for us to keep an online log book negating the need for paperwork on site, which can easily be lost or mislaid.
A significant advantage of this system is that multiple sites can be viewed online making it easier to check that full compliance is being achieved.
